Simyo has the most contented customers

The Bielefelder marketing research institute "Best Research" has dealt with the satisfaction of 3,300 mobile radio customers. The result of this study shows that Simyo has the most contented customers from whom even 90 percent Simyo would recommend. Besides, 60 percent of the customers not even think of a change to the competition.

The fact is interesting also that the Simyo customers feel in good hands – about two thirds, all customers, are firmly persuaded of it with the most favorable mobile phone to be a rate at home. Against it it looks completely different to the other suppliers. Only 20 to 30 percent of the customers with other Prepaid to rates feel in good hands with these.

But it is not only the price, but also the achievement – with the service achieves Simyo also Bestnoten and can win 60 percent of all customer voices for itself. Other Prepaid Discounter achieve less than 40 percent in this category.
