A short time ago only RTLmobil is available and now lowers already the prices around competitive to be able to remain. Indeed, only the prices per conversation minute are lowered and the SMS prices remain with 14 cents per SMS, furthermore at a high level. Against it almost all the other Prepaid rates offer SMS for less than 10 cents - e.g., maXXim already from 8 cents.
