Fonic and UMTS
The Prepaid Discounter Fonic, offers an UMTS option to new customers and continuance customers from now on. With UMTS it is possible for the Fonic customers to surf with to 3.6 Megabit per second on the Internet. Especially interesting Fonic should become with it for the iPhone owners who would want no contract.
The price of the mobile surfing pleasure lies with 24 cents per megabyte and is rather favorable therefore. Generally mobile Internet is not much more favorable at the moment to have - the market is more or less new, finally.
Whether other Prepaid Discounter offer in future also the UMTS to option, remains anzuwarten. The competition would be desirable, finally.

On the Apple-Iphone side does not stand that iphone umts is able. It is able to do only> GPRSEdge <and no UMTS.

Who is right now?
Of course still supports iPhone of the second generation no UMTS - however, will support new iPhone this service. This prerau-obviously comes in some months on the market.
