E plus
The E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH was founded in 1993 after the preservation of the GSM 1800 of net. Then a year later one went in Berlin and seven other concentration regions to the net. In the same year the group bought at an auction an UMTS licence and brought the business rates at the market. In 2002 i fashion at the market was brought. A year ago followed the partner map and MM. Afterwards one started in 2004 with UMTS. E plus begins Simyo and the first Datenflatrate with the mobile radio-Discounter. Furthermore one goes with BASE and the mobile radio offer AY YILDIZ, for Turkish-born customers in 2005 to the market.
The years on it follow other rate renewals, like Zahnsation Classic, time & More all in and the new base rates. In 2008 the group has 16,200,000 customers. The net cover exists almost all over the country in Germany. For a better connection in the intercity express trains it is co-operated with German railways.
