The standard number, also Internationally mobile equipment Identity (IMEI) called, is a 15-figure number by which of every UMTS or GSM device can be recognised. With this number one can allow to close the mobile phone with the net operator, if it was stolen or the similar. This standard number is also used to let the mobile phone again entsperren.
