In the following a detailed progress report to Moobicent of Maurice R.:
When I have accepted a registered letter and it opened it was announced to me that I "may perform 9-month military service. Alternative service did not come any more to question for me and then it went from in the barracks. This was in July, 2007. I am cut off very actively on the Internet and in the barracks suddenly by the Internet and therefore the "public". This irritated me already very much. I have looked around after a real UMTS-Flatrate. 20 euros with base were tempting, but in my area there was only GPRS cover. I could give this to myself. Luckily I have bumped into Moobicent.de. Here I got an UMTS-Flatrate for 40.00 euros in the month. Immediately I have announced myself and few days later my SIM map and the UMTS hardware have come. Mobile phone TV stumbles

Branch experts forecast to the television over mobile devices, often also as a Handhelds called, for the next four years of turnovers in the milliard graduations. High Tech mobile phones find more and more spreading and therefore it is obvious that the consumers use the mobile phone to TV service, according to the marketing logic in typical situation like waiting periods or road journeys. Nevertheless, in spite of numerous field studies this expectation has not been confirmed up to now.
The situation of the mobile phone TV last year in Germany was anything but gratifying. Though order the mobile phone customers the mobile TV service, but to the reservations 151 percent of notices face. This proved a study of “M: Metrics“ which became a TV provider "Tellabs" by order against of the mobile phone.
