I have become attentive by the television commercials to Congstar. For me as a Wenig-Telefonierer only one Prepaid offer was possible anyhow and thus I have struggled by the rate jungle. I feel as an advantage the costs from at the moment 9 cent per minute and per SMS. Also one can charge meanwhile in almost every filling station, every supermarket and also in the cash machine the Congstar map.
