The Prepaid Discounter Fonic, offers an UMTS option to new customers and continuance customers from now on. With UMTS it is possible for the Fonic customers to surf with to 3.6 Megabit per second on the Internet. Especially interesting Fonic should become with it for the iPhone owners who would want no contract.

Data rates: Most favourably surf with Prepaid to rates

Today the Tagesspiegel has published an article which makes clear that one can surf with Prepaid Discountern around something more favourably on the Internet. With Congstar and Penny of mobile one pays, e.g., only 49 cents per mb. And with Simyo even only 24 cents per megabyte. However, Callmobile does not settle accounts after the data amount - with this Prepaid Discounter one pays to 9 cents the minute.
If one looks now the normal contracts, one discovers fast that there the data rates are higher around something. Thus writes the day mirror:
Against it surfing with the normal contracts of the mobile radio providers is expensive. GPRS by Call costs with Vodafone, for example, 19 euros per megabyte and with E plus even 29 euros must be paid for 1 megabyte of data in the rate Free&Easy.
